| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Since taking ownership of my vehicle we have been having trouble with it. when taking a turn the vsc skid light comes on and the accelerator looses power. the vehicle doesn't stall but the gas pedal is unresponsive leaving you stuck for 2-5 seconds. it is extremely dangerous and i have almost been in an accident numerous times. we have taken it back to the dealership multiple times and they can't correct the problem because they can't replicate it. we had a district manager for toyota look at the vehicle and couldn't help us either. however, he did tell us that the newer model toyotas have been updated so this problem doesn't happen. that leads me to believe they are aware of the defect. it is happening multiple times a day now and i am afraid for the safety of myself and my children. i need help. *tr |
