| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was involved in a crash on jan 9 2003. a sation wagon took a left turn infront of me.i was driving at about 40 miles per hour with traffic. we collided.my 2000 dodge neon collided with the tire -rear passenger quarter of his staion wagon. both cars are a total loss. my issue is my airbags did not deploy. i was wearing my seat belt. i feel at 40 miles per hour ,damaging eonough of my front end that both front quaters buckled ,that the bag should of deployed. |
