| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On the approach to a toll plaza, @ 30mph experienced total loss of steering. resulting in a crach. the left front tire turned in causing left rear side of vehicle to turn into a concrete barrier wall. no other vehicles were involved due to the time of day (4:30am) it was found that the "knuckle" joint which controls the steering linkage broke in half resulting in an accident with damage of over $5,000.00. there has been a front end noise with this vehicle since i purchased it. dealership unable to locate it...or determine the source on several occasions. documented on their computer at the dealeship. |
