| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The tension of the driver side built-in-seat seatbelt causes pain in left shoulder even after a short drive. i checked the tension in another gmc car and it appears to be the same. the dealership cannot modify the belt to reduce the tension, and gmc "customer service" refers me back to the dealership. requests to get gmc's technical department involved were denied - i would have to go to the dealership. |
