| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I would like to request an investigation as to why i was able to purchase a hjc (hong jin crown) sy-max helmet as dot approved, yet it appears on dot testing results (http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/testing/comply/fmvss218/2001s218.html) as a failure to meet fmvss218. i would like to request the manufacturer refund my money and should be penalized for selling a helmet under a false pretense (not adhering to fmvss218).*jb |
