| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was driving between 65-67 miles per hour in light-rain conditions trying to exit into another lane when the 2001 isuzu rodeo began to hydroplane and the consumer noticed immediately that the braking system was not working. the consumer loss all control of the vehicle when it then spun out in a 360 degree radius and hit into a cement barrier. the rear end of the 2001 isuzu rodeo was the first impact. after colliding into the cement barrier at unknown speed the 2001 isuzu rodeo spun out again in a 360 degree radius where it was then hit by 2 other vehicles. the first vehicle impacted the 2001 isuzu rodeo on the left-frontal corner (driver's side) and the second vehicle impact is not known. though consumer was wearing seat-belt restraint, consumer noticed the frontal air bags did not deploy. *jb |
