| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a britax marathon car seat at 250.00 and the straps do not easily adjust on the 5 point harness. i am concerned they do not hold my son firmly enough. britax has said it is not a problem but many people have e-mailed in and all have the same complaint. mine is the earlier model and they should fix it for safety reasons. please intervene and make sure they are safe for our children .*jb |
