| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car seat type: graco 8485clm , less than 1 year old. the car seat has two slots in the base through which the harness passes. one of these slots has a "rough edge" which has caused multiple rips and tears in the harness, presumably due to tightening. the biggest rip is more than 1 cm long and its likely the harness will completely tear with any further use. the rips were discovered only when the carseat removed for cleaning. |
