| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a new britax marathon convertible car seat for an infant and the chest clip was broken when it came out of the box. the two pieces of the clip connected, but they did not click/lock. i purchased 3 other identical seats during the same week and the other 3 worked fine. i returned the defective seat to the store and received a new one in its place. (note: i do not know what "oem" stands for later in this questionnaire, so i do not know if the correct response is yes or no.)*jb |
