| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer bent forward to engage the passenger side front lever to gain access to the back seat. when the lever was pulled the front seat back rest hit the consumers face and head with tremendous force. the force resulted in a mild concussion, whiplash, constant head pain, dizziness, and vision impairment when the head is turned. the consumer was told by the manufacturer that the vehicle was installed/designed with a hefty spring and that is met design requirements. *jb *cb *nlm |
