| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle exhibits extreme noise and vibration from clutch area. visual inspection shows clucth basket assembly to be extremely sloppy in fit. other owners (reference: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/vstrom2/database?method=reportrows&tbl=4) report clutch basket replacement under warranty resolves similar complaints. but manufacturer is replacing problem part with identical unit. i believe they need to be 'urged' to redesign part properly, and retrofit all affected vehicles.*ak |
