| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Left side plastic adjuster for 5pt harness is breaking away from the back of infant carrier. this is the 4th time this has happened. the first 2 times evenflo replaced the entire seat. the 3rd time, they sent out a kit. the adjust is made of plastic and stress cracks after adjusting the harness over a period of time. the are at least 2 other references to this same problem in this database and they make the kit readily available so this is a well know problem. *nlm |
