| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Evenflo journey model 541383p1 manufacture date of 5-20-2003. clip holding shoulder harness tensioning piece onto back of car seat failed to return to correct position once depressed to remove tensioning piece. parent had to replace car seat to resolve problem. checked and discovered by during car seat inspection by nhtsa car seat technician. please contact myself with any further questions. *jb |
