| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I run a rental car co. in the past 6 months i have had 5 of the firestone s4s steeltex radial 16 inch tires, that the tread had rolled off the 15 pass van, someone is going to get hurt bad .. i went to the local firestone store and all they want to do is make an adjustment on the tires that failed, but i have this tire on all 7 of my vans and i am afraid to rent them out... i need some help from firestone to replace all of these tires...help me before someone gets hurt. *jb |
