Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have the century next step (purchased in 6/03 at toys r' us) and i like the car seat except for the sides that fold up and down. there is a red button on the front of these sides and it would seem that you need to push this button in order for these sides to go up or down, but that is not the case...my 2 year old can push and pull these sides up and down while sitting in her seat. that in itself is not really a problem, however when she is climbing into her seat and she is relying on these sides being secure enough to hold on to and they give way and she slips and/or falls is where i see these as a problem. maybe the sides all together are not really necessary or maybe the buttons should really lock the sides into place. just a thought. thanks. *ak |
