| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 1999 dodge ram 2500 with a 5.9l engine. it has 57000 miles on it. for the third time in 3 years it has developed an intake manifold leak. this causes it to lose power at highway speeds and consume oil. this problem occurred at 35000, 47000 and 57000 miles. chrysler paid for the first 2 repairs but will not pay for this one or any others that may occur. many owners of these trucks with this motor have informed me that they have had similar problems yet everyone associated with chrysler continues to tell me that it is not a common problem. i'm looking for help in pressuring chrysler to take care of this common problem. thank you |
