Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Fork lowers on front on motorcycle have broken off mounting bracket and have been flung off motorcycle while riding.this is a good size piece of metal and plastic which could cause a serious injury or damabge to other vehicles traveling around the motorcycle. the dealer has replaced two sets under warranty. while on a trip this past week i lost a third set, and suspect they will be replaced as well. my only problem with this is yamaha states that they have no other complaints of this happening on this model motorcycle. the bracket that attaches the plastic fork lowers is stamped sheet metal and very weak by design for the task it needs to accomplish.*ak
