| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The britax roundabout convertible car seat latch is not safe. my 17 month old child can unlatch it easily. it is the type that they made about two years ago with the latch on top. you could drop a drink on it and unlatch it. the company doesn't want to help me with the problem by replacing the harness. i am paying for a new harness but it will take them 7-10 days to ship (for and additional $5) unless i pay $30 for shipping. the item is small and costs $12. i live in colorado, not china. why is it $30 for overnight shipping in the us? i am extremely disappointed in this defective product and the way that the company will not handle it and i am amazed that this product is not already recalled. thank you ken crounse. *ak |
