| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I'm concerned that my 2001 yamaha midnight roadstar may have been dealt a defective transmission that leads to catasrophic failure and lock up under normal driving conditions. no incident as of yet but there have been 12 confirmed instances with roadstars manufactured between 3/2000 and 8/2001 on the delphiforums roadstar riders discussion gourp alone. i will use todays date for this form but i have not experienced failure yet.*ak |
