| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Improper placement of a mounting bracket resulted in too little clearance between the tire and fender on my motorcycle trailer. the tire rubbed against the fender, caught the lead edge of the fender, and ripped the fender away resulting in a blowout on the trailer. this occured on interstate 20 in heavy traffic. my motorcycle was on the trailer at the time of the incident. the manufacturer acknowledges the design flaw with the placement of the bracket, but continues to sell the trailers without advising customers of this issue. |
