| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While the consumer initiated a right turn at a stop light the vehicle suddenly went to full throttle and would not respond to the brakes. two avoid oncoming traffic the driver steered the vehicle into a gas station driveway and hit three yellow barricade post which tore off the right front wheel. then the vehicle hit chain link fence which stopped it. the engine continued to race therefore the consumer had the battery disconnected which stopped the engine. the consumer stated that neither of the frontal air bags deployed. the occupants sustained fractured ribs, a punctures lung, bruised knee and bruised chest. *ak *cb *nlm |
