| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Right rear hydraulic brake caliper failed. *mr the right rear brake caliper failed to release properly and resulted in a fire. the consumer was transporting a bulldozer at the time. all rear brakes and calipers were replaced. while transporting a backhoe, the right front caliper failed to release properly and resulted in a near loss of control. the there was an occasion where the axle had broken on the vehicle while in motion. (unexpectedly) the vehicle also accelerated on it's own on several occasions and was repaired twice to correct the problem. *scc *jb |
