Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Transmision problems with my polaris victory v92sc motorcycle. getting false neutrals and the transmi downshifts by itself. shift from 2nd gear to 3rd gear and the transmision will at times down shift back to 2nd gear without any warning. this is or could be a very dangerous problem. loss of vehicle control could happen in certain situations. the warrranty company and polaris want to make the owner liable for expenses if they deem the transmision to be okay. i believe this is not an isolated incident, and many owners of victory motorcycles are dealing with this problem. this is definitely a safety issue and should be corrected. thank you.*ak |
