| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2003 keystone cougar 294rls from walnut ridge on 4/21/03. first day using the trailer, 5/25/03, i sat down in the swivel chair (chair closest to rear door), and the chair immediately fell over, sending me to the floor. upon investigation, i found that the legs (base) of the chair only had one (1) screw holding them to the rest of the chair. the rest of the screws (4-6) were missing. *jb |
