| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2000 chrysler sebring lxi, 51,000 miles. car doesn't always start. may take up to 32 tries to start. not the starter. not the battery. somtimes starts on first try, someimes up to 32 tries before it starts. chrysler dealership replaced relay plug ($89.00) but did not fix problem. now told it is the electronic distributor and the part is $720 and labor $200! chrysler says not covered under warranties. refuse any help. i don't believe this part should have gone bad already. this is a leased vehicle and i don't feel i should have to pay for this repair. i understand tires, batteries, belts, etc. but not electronic distributor. are there other complaints of this kind on this vehicle? *ak |
