| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was traveling on the 60 e. in ca around 6:30 pm, when a motorist hit a piece of tire tread that bounced on to my windshield and immediiately shattered my windshield. i would like to know who is responsible for picking up such debris? i could have been killed or seriously maimed. in addition, now i have to pay for a new windshield.*ak |
