| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The driver side rear firestone tire on my 1988 chevrolet scottsdale pick-up had the tread separate from the tire while traveling east on i-10 in tallahassee. i was going approx. 65 mph. the tread slapped the rear side of my truck bending and damaging it, and then wrapped around the axle under the vehicle. i just barely managed to keep control of the vehicle. luckily the tire slowly deflated "after" the incident.*ak |
