| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated the brake pads fell off vehicle and caused the consumer to crash. the dealer was notified. *ak the brake failure was traced to the inner pads on each of the front wheels. each brake pad that fell off was located near where each of the front wheels would be while the vehicle was parked in the driveway. the consumer was unable to stop the vehicle which crashed into his house. the brake failure was due to the rivets coming out of the countersinks holding the pads into place. *scc *jb |
