Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Defective transmission in 2002 mercedes benz s430.*mr the repair records indicated the transmission was not the problem, but in fact the problem was caused by a defective esp sensor which sent out a false alarm to a safety device and without warning to the driver, it caused the engine power to be cut in half suddenly, the engine began to knock loudly and the vehicle started to vibrate while the speed of the vehicle was cut approximately in half. *ts *jb
