Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving the brakes failed. the dealer stated that the recall does not pertain to the vehicle. *ak two years ago, the anti-lock brakes were changed and have gone out again. (recall# 96v099000) the pump did not work and the pedal would become hard to stop. on turns, there was a clunk as if it were grabbing. the wheel speed sensor wire, the r/r axle, outer cv boot, abs pump shield, and the left rear emc brake cable were all replaced. *scc *jb
