| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer states while driving at 65 mph and with no warning, the front left tire experienced a blowout and caused damage to the vehicle. consumer had to pull over. firestone, lt # p265/75/r16 dot#- unknown. dealer had been notified. *ak the consumer was traveling east bound in the fast lane. there was a "thud" and the consumer pulled over to the left. the consumer left the east bound lane and had gone over the mound of gravel, crossed two lanes of construction over the cement divider wall and broke out two chunks of cement, landed over the drivers side, sliding, rolled over on top, and landed upside down in the west bound slow lane. the vehicle was totaled.
