| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The blinding nature of the headlights used on some newer vehicles is apparent to anyone driving either during the day or night. at night, especially, it is an extreme hazard which clearly will result in an unacceptable risk of injury and death. failure to address this issue now will result in a proliferation of this type of lighting and at that point corrective action will be more difficult to implement. |
