| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2003 gmc sierra slt ext. cab z71 (4x4), the 4-wheel drive is not working, no lights show up on the buttons. the dealer has attempted to replace the 4wd switch, this did not fix the problem, they still have the truck. the truck is less than a year old and has 20,700mi. there are service bullitens for the problem, but there is no permanent fix. why sell a 4wd product if the 4wd will not work? |
