| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Front rotors were replaced on 7/5/2002 because they were warped (cat had 33,000 miles at that time), which was covered under warranty. car was taken in for brake inspection to a carx on 8/8/2003 (46,000 miles), and the rotors had to be replaced again, along with front brake pads. when contacted, both the lincoln-mercury dealer and corporate customer service line said that because there was only a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty on the rotors, they could not do anything but replace the items at full cost.*ak |
