Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The manual for the britax convertible seats is very confusing as it states that the seat is outgrown when the weight limit is reached or the top of the ears are even with the top of the shell. there is no mention of shoulder height vs. harness slot height, yet britax says that too is a way the seat is outgrown. this is misleading and could easily lead to children who have outgrown the seat being left in it. *ak
