Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My car is a 2001 maxima it came with toyo tires from the factory. i got a flat and went to have it repaired they wouldnt fix it because the tire and the other tires on the car are dry rotted. the tires had 23,000 miles on them and were quite worn not what you would expect from a premium tire. the last time the car was in for servicing the tech told my wife that they would need to be replaced in the near future.. i called toyo and they sent me to thier dealer in naples florida. the tech there confirmed that the tires were in fact defective. he called toyo with the tread depth and informed them of the dry rotting. they said they would give me a adustment on the tires but would have to see them. well it has been two months and i still dont have the adjustment check. i'm not happy about that either ! *ak
