| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The body seams in our 2001 cadillac seville are separating allowing water to come in the vehicle and compromising the structural integrity of the vehicle , the vehicle is still in warranty (barely) so they will fix it when they get around to it then they will give us a vehicle back that does not meet thier own requirements for an extended warranty. these vehicles (this apparently is not an uncommon problem) are not safe and should be removed from the road. *ak |
