Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I'm very disappointed to see that so much is empathized on the safety of car seats and their proper installation, including the new latch system. why? because i have my car seats installed properly and the problem is the chest clips on all car seats i've owned. every child of mine seems to undo the chest clips which poses as much danger to the child as not having them buckled in correctly does. nothing has ever been done that i've seen in the past 18 years to improve them-safety wise. i can't tell you how many times in a 10 mile drive i have to pull over to re-fasten the chest clip or ask the older child to hook it.please i urge you to change the way car seat manufactures make their chest clips. i have 3 brands so it's not linked to just one. please come up with a way that no child can undo their chest clips, which would cause great injury or death to a child.i want to thank you for your time and think about the lives of every child by making vital changes to all car seat chest clips.*ak
