Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I leased a 2000 dodge neon for 4 years. over the course of the lease, i had continued trouble with rear brake noise (squealing), and took it in for service 3 times, and was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes. when i returned the vehicle at the end of the lease, i was billed $150 to fix the squealing rear brakes. i do not feel that i should be held accountable for this since i did attempt to have the brakes fixed 3 times. i should not be penalized for dodge/chrysler's "faulty" product.*ak |
