| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Winshield wipers faulty. they will work and than stop working and than work again. i was adviced from gm that the years 1994-1997 have been recalled but not the 1993 year. i talked to a manager named jack cunningham at 866 942 4368 x 48470, on 082903 and he adviced me that under the special policy if my vehicle was having the same problems as the recall gm would honor the recall to have this vehicle fixed. the gm dealer ed bozarth, needed to talk to jack to make sure the repairs would be fixed, but as of today jack has not returned a call to them or myself. i called the gm customer service 800 line and they adviced me that this vehicle is not covered under the recall. i adviced them that i talked to jack and they said they would transfer me back to his audix. this is a safety issue and the 1993 needs to be recalled along with the 1994-1997 recall now in place. thank you. *ak |
