| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While on a trip our plastic intake manifold ruptured and cracked leaving us stranded. we were told this exact part was covered by warranty on the mercury marquise and the crown victoria. we own a 1997 lincoln town car which costs more than the mercury and feel since this is the exact same part it should also be covered, since evidently there was a flaw with this part. this cost us 839.00 dollars to repair. when calling ford they said it was covered on some makes but not on ours. our big question is why!!!!!?*ak |
