| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Faulty pump causing consumer to lose brakes. while braking the brakes failed. the vehicle was taken to a dealer who indicated that the problem was probably the recalled pump and if it was the pump it would be replaced under a lifetime warranty. the diagnostic test were done and the pump was found to be defective. the dealer refused to replaced the pump unless she agree to have $700 of addition work done. the consumer request a refund of $68 for the diagnostic test and pump replacement. *nlm |
