| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Instrument panel short circuits causing the instrument panel to go blank causing loss of gauge function and all tell tale indications except for service engine soon. the loss of tell tales for seat belts, turn signals, high beam hazard, oil pressure coolant temperature. checked with cadillac they stated my vin number did not fit the critera of the current recall for 96 cadillac seville which has the exact same problem i am describing. *ph |
