| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2001 nissan quest, since i received the vehicle from the dealer in march of 2001,the driver side sliding door kept jamming anywhere from 1 to 3 days at a time, and would unlock at times while i was driving, the passenger sliding door window would pop open when you closed the door. i finally took the auto to westbury nissan on 10/07/2002 regarding this problem while i was covered under the warranty,they charged me $23.70 for the repair of the passenger side sliding door window which worked for only two weeks and i finally taped the lock shut. now the drier side sliding door jammed again on 9/14/03 and this time the outside sliding door handle broke off in my hand. dealer wants $300. to repair. *jb |
