Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My son opened the rear window glass hatch of my 2000 chevrolet suburban and the window glass came loose from its hinges which are glued in some form of rubber/plastic. the glass was catapult upward by the pistons and away from the car. dealership service advisors are aware of this problem, but will only replace for warranteed vehicles. the pieces that broke away from the glass were never adhered properly and should never have come loose. |
