| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I realize this may not seem like a safety issue; but bear with me. we have a yukon xl gmc 2002 model. we have had the carpet replaced 3 times!! there is a defect in the carpet on this model. it sheds, not a little hand fulls. if you roll the window down "fuzz" from the carpet is flying everywhere. after discussion with anne marie executive for gmc, i learned that 2002, 2003, and soon to be 2004 carpet is like this. this will cause an accident count on it. you are so caught off guard at the flying carpet. please just look into this matter. i received an answer of that is just the way it is and we don't have to change it. |
