| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have an evenflo titan vanguard child restraint system with an overhead shield. the yellow lever on the overhead shield that enables the shield to be adjusted snapped off so that the shield is unable to be adjusted. the car seat is about 4 months old. it was purchased at our local walmart around the beginning of the summer, i do not know the exact date. i am not sure what to do. |
