| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Child safety seat would not release from base. myself and my husband tried for hours, we even turned complete system over to try and remove the parts that holded the base and the carrier togethe we could only remove one, we really need something to transport our new baby in. we ened up going purchasing a new seat. we still can not release carrier. i have also notified graco, they want me to send them the complete system so they can take a look at it. |
