| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a very dear friend who was killed in a rollover accident. according to the police report, he was ejected from his vehicle due to a faulty door latch as well as his seltbelt failed. he was driving a 1995 nissan pathfinder. please let me know if these problems have ever been reported before. thank you. complainat saw the seatbelt on the driver 15 minutes prior to the crash. complainat was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident. cw |
