Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When running a/c the defrosters leak cold air and condensation accmmulates on outside of windshield. dealer (hennesey cadillac, atlanta) states vehicle was designed this way. i do not feel a vehicle is designed so that you have to run windshield wipers when it is not raining. impairs visibility.
